It all started with a fluke browse on the Internet and stumbling upon The Juice Master, one energetic and apparently famous young man from Great Britain. Long ago ready to be healthier, more energetic, and less puffy, I go where I have not gone before, that place where the happy dance actually means that! Let’s see if this juicing is really all I have read about it.

The Breville Juice Fountain Plus became the juicer of choice. It has a microfilter and two speeds, optimal for good extraction and use for soft and harder fruits and veggies. While there are slightly less expensive models on the market, the additional features (microfilter and dual speed) were worth the investment. And that is what this machine is, isn’t it?
